Sworn Translations
Why sworn translations?
In order for your documents to be recognised abroad, you need a sworn translation of the originals, issued by an authorised court interpreter, since only sworn translations are recognised in state legislation. A sworn translation is done for the purposes of exercising your rights in procedures before all public institutions, notaries public, and in courts.
We offer sworn translation services from/into over 20 languages.
With a court interpreter’s certificate, a sworn translation is an official and legally valid translation of a document. A court interpreter is a translator appointed by the competent county court as an officially authorised interpreter, based on his/her professional qualifications and excellent command of both the source and the target languages. A sworn translation consists of the title page, the translation, and the original or its copy bound together into a single document. By his/her statement, signature, and seal, the court interpreter confirms that the translation is fully equivalent to the original, and each page is marked by a unique verification number.
